Winemaker evenings 2026
In collaboration with Enoteca di Berna, we invite you to two winemaker evenings in Bern. Thanks to their excellent network, we are able to welcome exciting winemakers in person, who will bring their own wines to serve and explain.
The evenings will take place in the newly renovated Aarestübli and are deliberately limited to 22 guests. This leaves time for good conversation, questions, tastings and a relaxed evening of wine and food.

Winemaker evening with winemaker Dorli Muhr from Spitzerberg, Austria
On 24 March 2026, we welcome winemaker Dorli Muhr from the Dorli Muhr Winery. She will bring her unique wines from Spitzerberg, accompanied by a seasonal four-course menu from our kitchen.
Dorli Muhr is one of the most exciting personalities in Austrian viticulture. Her elegant Blaufränkisch wines are produced on the legendary Spitzerberg, precise, mineral and excellent with food. Today, her wines can be found on the wine lists of renowned restaurants worldwide.
Meet Dorli Muhr in person, listen to her stories and discover wines that combine origin, craftsmanship and enjoyment in a special way.
We will taste a matching wine with each course, while Dorli Muhr provides exciting insights into her work and her winery.

Winemaker evening with winemaker Fernando Mora, Spain
On 27 October 2026, we will welcome Spanish winemaker Fernando Mora to our restaurant. Together with him, we will discover his wines from Aragón, accompanied by a seasonal four-course menu from our kitchen.
Fernando Mora is not a traditional winemaker. His first wines were literally created in his bathtub, but today he works with vines that are over 100 years old in remote locations in Aragón. Old Garnacha plots, barren soils, a lot of manual labour and a clear focus on freshness, minerality and drinkability.
On this evening, Fernando will be pouring the wines himself, talking about his vineyards, his journey to wine and why his wines taste the way they do.
Look forward to a lively, relaxed evening with exciting Spanish wines, good food and a winemaker who definitely has something to say.
